Peer-to-peer executive community advances women in travel tech leadership with annual conference.

Women in Travel Tech (WiTT) sought to create an intimate peer-to-peer forum for female thought leaders in travel tech to share strategy, explore ideas among experts and solicit unbiased peer feedback. As a founding member, my role was to grow the community, productize our activities, and direct programming for the annual conference to meet business goals. My responsibilities included digital marketing, thought leadership and strategic partnerships.

A unique executive experience

A unique executive experience

With a small group size, WiTT cultivated an inclusive, non-competitive atmosphere that felt genuine, comfortable, trusted and safe for all members. Business was at the top of our program agenda, and we explore it with Professional, Personal and Practical topics that support a fluid-feeling, natural dialogue. The format focused on interactive workshops so that all were heard and every idea was explored.

The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the travel industry. To stay connected during this time of uncertainty, I organized #WiTTwednesday - 30 minute open forums held bi-weekly over Zoom. Time was used to tackle real-time challenges impacting the future of the industry and the companies that compose it.
